SUMMARY:OMH and OASAS Funding Opportunity- CCBHC Bidders Conference
DESCRIPTION:The New York State Office of Mental Health\, Office of Addiction Services and Supports and the Department of Health\, announce the development of 13 new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) within the ten economic development regions (EDR) of New York State which will participate in the federal CCBHC Demonstration. The Offices are seeking to develop 6 CCBHCs within the New York City EDR and 7 CCBHCs to the 9 EDRs outside of NYC\, as detailed in Section 4.3 of the RFP. \n\n\nAn addendum was issued to the original RFP regarding the bidders conference\, which will be held on August 9th from 1:30PM-4:30PM. Registration is required to participate in the Bidder’s Conference. Participation in the Bidder’s Conference is strongly encouraged for any agency which is considering submitting an application. This bidder’s conference will include a training for providers to assist them in the timely completion of the cost reporting requirement of the RFP\, which is also a requirement in establishing the CCBHC in accordance with federal timelines. An overview of the program and implementation requirements will begin at 1:30PM. An overview of the fiscal and cost reporting requirements will begin at 3:00PM.
