DESCRIPTION:In-Person New York City Community Engagement Sessions: \nMonday\, October 28\, 6-8pm and Tuesday\, October 29\, 9-11am \nThe New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH)\, in partnership with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Office of Consumer Affairs (DOHMH OCA)\, is hosting two in-person Community Engagement Sessions on October 28th and October 29th\, and we want to hear from you! \nThe 2023 Community Engagement Sessions took OMH across New York. Now\, we are returning to New York City to share what we did with your feedback and hear more about your needs and your ideas. The sessions are open to all community members! \nWe especially want to hear from people who receive or have received mental health services\, and people who have wanted to get services but haven’t. Youth and families are encouraged to attend! Event details are below.   If you are a peer provider\, advocate\, other mental health provider\, or anyone else who works with groups or people who may be interested\, please share this information with them! \nLanguage and other accessibility accommodations and light refreshments will be provided.
