Both comment letters have been submitted electronically. The second document (the larger of the two attachments) includes our comments regarding an important proposed change to Medicare enrollment rules for individuals who were formerly  incarcerated that we wrote about earlier this week (Sept 4 at 7:32 a.m.) when we also shared a letter NYS Council members could sign on to in support of the proposed change.
