The Council had a two year grant with our partners at the Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS) from the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net, to work on building relationships, increasing integrated care, and value based contracting arrangements between Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and community behavioral health organizations.
