Attached please find the written comments we prepared and read into the record and for those listening to today’s OASAS/OMH Listening Session. We also shared these comments with state agency leads representing both OASAS and OMH.

We continue to have ongoing conversations with our state agency colleagues and we urge you to do the same.  To date, they have been very appreciative of our comments around organizational culture and organization differences that create inefficiencies in our systems of care.  There will be additional opportunities to weigh in so please share your thoughts about our submission today that addresses just a few of the important points we hope to make the next few weeks.
