This afternoon I attended a meeting where Selena Hajani from DoH / OHIP provided a very brief update on the status and major elements of NY’s updated 1115 waiver application.  Selena noted that NYS anticipates approval of the state’s 1115 Waiver within the next month or so.

See the below slides from Selena’s slide deck.  Note: Selena mentioned that BH practitioners such as CASACs and LMHCs will be eligible for the Career Pathways package that is described (briefly) on the slide discussing how the waiver plan will Strengthen the Workforce.
