Attached please find a good summary of all of the final 2024 budget/spending bills that recently passed and that were subsequently signed into law by President Biden.  The health care section begins on page 14 with Health and Human Services (HHS) beginning on page 16.  Of course there are no actual page numbers on the document so my page 16 may be different from yours.  Sorry about that.
