Each year the Executive releases its executive budget proposal in January and then it has 30 days to make amendments to the document. Most of the time, the changes made by the Administration are technical.  I am currently reviewing the amendments and will let you know if I see something that would alter our understanding of the intent of a proposal that directly impacts our members or the individuals you serve.
