Prescriber Prevails Protections

The NYS Council has joined with several other state and national organizations in sending a letter to Governor Cuomo, Assembly Speaker Heastie, and Senate Temporary President and Majority Leader Stewart-Cousins asking them to withdraw the proposal to eliminate the “prescriber prevails” Medicaid statute from the 2021 New York State budget.
