Attached, please find an Emergency Rule Making published in today’s State Register by OASAS related to Credentialing of Addiction Professionals, regarding the CASAC-P.  Note:  This is a re-adoption of the Rule that was first made effective September 26, 2023 and will be followed by a Permanent Adoption Notice.

Also attached, please find a series of Public Notices published in today’s State Register by NYSDOH related to APG reimbursement for social workers, Health Homes for Children and hospital inpatient, OMH outpatient and Hospital based Chemical Dependency Inpatient Rehabilitation program rate adjustments effective January 1, 2024.
