The time crunch associated with the budget making process this year is like nothing I’ve seen before. That’s why I’m reaching out to you now, urgently requesting that you please (once again) go to the NYS Council’s new Advocacy Center page on our Website at:  https://nyscouncil.org/advocacy-action-center/   and send a letter to your Senator requesting they immediately sign on to a letter being circulated by Senator Nathalia Fernandez re: our critical need for a 3.2% COLA AND $500M for additional investments in the community-based mental health and addictions systems of care.
