Yesterday, the NYS Council weighed in twice with the Department of Financial Services (DFS) regarding a DFS circular we knew they were drafting.   We urged DFS leads to ensure the circular is inclusive of all provider types.  It looks like their decision was to make the circular more generic rather than to call out specific Programs under DoH, OMH, OASAS, etc.
