Letter from CHCANYS and NYS Council for
April 24, 2024
The NYS Council and CHCANYS just sent a letter (attached) to state leaders/regulators requesting assistance for community-based providers facing numerous challenges associated with the CHANGE Healthcare cyber attack and specifically related to billing, claiming and timely filing requirements. Of course the letter does not speak to all of the issues facing our members but at this juncture we thought it best to address timely filing issues and then secure a meeting where we can air it all out.
See attached document.
