Attached please find a letter we sent to Governor Hochul and Commissioner Cunningham regarding the notices many OASAS providers received on Friday, May 17 regarding the continuation of critical vocational programs designed to assist New Yorkers on their journey to achieve sustained recovery.

We will continue to pressure state leaders to retract the letters impacted providers received last week, and to work with the field to identify any/all solutions that can remedy this counterproductive and untimely state budget action.
