OASAS Licensure Threshold Webinar

On October 1, 2024, New York State Department of Health (DOH), in collaboration with New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), released guidance that outlines changes in the licensure thresholds that permit certain providers to offer comprehensive ambulatory services, in accordance with New York State’s scope of practice laws and rules.
OASAS will host a webinar on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm to address the licensure threshold and the meaning of the joint document for OASAS providers.
