DoH recently updated the slide deck Department representatives are using to educate stakeholders regarding the Social Care Network initiative under NY’s 1115 HERO waiver.  The PowerPoint slide deck attached was updated as of last month (November).

Unfortunately I know of no ‘red line’ version of the new deck that points out substantive changes made from the previous version of the presentation slides but this version looks and reads better – less complexity in terms of the information presented.  I’m on the lookout for something equivalent to the ‘track changes’ version.
