This training helps executive leaders think differently about dashboard design, including how to identify the types of financial, operational, quality, and risk metrics their organization should monitor. Rather than prescribing specific measures, the focus is on developing leadership judgment about which metrics best support decision-making, how often they should be reviewed, and whether they are providing a clear and reliable picture of what’s happening.
