OMH: Updated Clinic-Based IOP Guidance

Linked is the updated Clinic-Based IOP (CBIOP) Guidance.

  • OMH clarified what items should be included as part of the original CBIOP waiver request, as well as part of the CBIOP waiver renewal request. 
  • Language was also added regarding how providers who are already approved for IOS and/or designated as a CCBHC can apply. Some clarification was also added in the billing section.
