The NYS Council is interested in fostering a culture of mutual support and resource sharing among our members as we work together to ensure efficient and effective care for the New Yorkers who depend on us.
Many thanks are due to NYS Council Board President Lisa Hoeschele, CEO, Family Counseling Services (FCS) of Cortland, AND to NYS Council Board Member Yaberci Perez-Cubillan, Executive Senior Vice President, Behavioral Health & Primary Care Integrated Services, ACACIA Network, for their incredible generosity and willingness to share their agency Policies & Procedures (P&P) for Telehealth Programs.
About the FCS P&P:
P&P (attached) is consistent with Part 596, have been approved by OMH, and were recently updated to include FCS’ school based clinics. FCS runs IOS and so OMH is the ‘host’ state agency required to approve these P&P.
About the ACACIA Network P&P:
P&P document (attached) awaits final approval by OMH. The document has been approved by OASAS.
**NYS Council Note:
The NYS Council does not endorse or recommend use of these documents. We will continue to be a conduit for information sharing with the understanding that only the provider agency and experts employed by the agency can determine if the information being shared is useful to meet their particular needs.
If you would like to contribute to this effort by sharing your P&P for impacted Article 31, Article 32 or CFTSS P&P we would be honored to share your work with your NYS Council colleagues.
