Attached please find the slide deck Brett Friedman recently used to brief members of the state’s Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) regarding elements of the state’s 1115 Waiver Concept Paper that was submitted to CMS in August.  Of note, slide #13 provides a breakdown of how the state would allocate the $17B it is requesting from CMS, over a 5 year period.
