As a follow up to the information I sent over the weekend related to the OASAS SAPT Block Grant Workforce Grants for eligible providers (Round 1), I checked in with OMH this morning and was told OMH will release specific instructions for disbursement of the supplemental Block Grant funds it has received for workforce in conjunction with the OMH eFMAP funds it is expecting.   (As you will recall, last week we sent you an update on how some of the OMH eFMAP and Block Grant dollars will be distributed.)  Note:  The OMH eFMAP Workforce funds spending plan is pending approval by CMS.  So to date, OMH has not sent eligible OMH providers specific instructions on either distribution.
