Harm Reduction Services and Health Home Care Management – 12/5/21

Presented by the DOH Aids Institute, this is a 90-minute webinar on Harm Reduction Services to be presented to Health Home Care Managers (HHCMs) and Health Home (HH) Leads, serving adults and/or children. The goal of this webinar is to provide participants with an overview of harm reduction principles, how harm reduction services operate in NYS, the benefits of referring clients to harm reduction providers, and how to facilitate referrals.

The webinar will be presented on December 15, 2021 from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM.
