Governor Hochul held a media availability following a virtual cabinet meeting she convened this morning (to include state agency leaders, etc).  During the media availability the Governor stated that her upcoming State of the State address (scheduled for 1/5/22) will include a comprehensive plan to address the healthcare workforce crisis here in New York.

The work now is to make absolutely sure that all parts of the healthcare workforce are included in any/all support proposals the Governor intends to highlight in her upcoming address.
