Governor Hochul Issues Line Item Vetoes to SFY 2022 Final Budget
Today, Governor Hochul issued 33 line item vetoes to the SFY 2022 Final Budget.  All vetoes are for provisions of the final Aid to Localities bill (S8003C/A9003C). All are reappropriations and the Governor cites as justification that all funding has been expended, minimal funds are remaining or includes an unconstitutional alteration of a reappropriation.
