Good morning,

Importantly, the OASAS Commissioner’s Emergency Waiver that would continue certain COVID-19 flexibilities (including current telehealth flexibilities) is scheduled to expire TOMORROW (July 20) unless the Agency renews the Waiver, which it is expected to do.  It should be noted that many of the flexibilities have been made permanent in recent OASAS regulatory updates.  Nevertheless, we expect OASAS to renew tomorrow.

The OMH Commissioner’s Emergency Waiver was up for renewal last month, and OMH renewed it through October 4, fyi.
