Couldn’t let the day pass without delivering on my promise to share the slide deck used by our guest speakers this morning during our Thursday morning NYS Council Member Support & Public Policy call.  See attached slide deck. 

Big thanks to Josh Rubin and Cara Henley from HMA for a most informative presentation, looking at the 1115 Waiver Amendment proposal, what’s changed since the May 2022 version was released, and considerations for NYS Council members, and their networks.
