DOH/OMH Webinar: “NEW” HCBS Provider Documentation Policy

The New York State Department of Health (“Department”) along with our State Partner of Office of Mental Health (OMH) will be presenting several webinars in the month of April to address audit findings, and requirements of the Children’s Waiver.
Please see the audience that should attend, as there are significant changes to HBCS eligibility determination in webinar #1 & #2 and “New” information for HCBS providers in webinar #4. After these webinars have been conducted, any relevant policies will be released as well and posted to the NYS DOH website: 1115 Waiver/Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) (ny.gov)
