Attached is the final version of a joint statement endorsed by 12 regional and statewide associations regarding Governor Hochul’s Civil Service Waiver Program.  This is the statement I drafted on Friday morning in hopes that the 12 associations would sign on and release it today.   You can be sure our colleagues in the Governor’s Office will receive the statement, and that we will follow up with them on our urgent request for the Executive to convene a task force to address our needs.
