Another settlement announced yesterday from a suit pending in Suffolk County Supreme Court.   This time it is Endo Pharmaceuticals and its’ subsidiaries.  Total of $50M.

So, to date, settlements total somewhere near $1.5 B to fund opioid mitigation efforts in NYS.
