As promised, attached please find an analysis of the Senate’s Bipartisan (proposed) legislation to address Gun Violence entitled the Safer Communities Act, to include related provisions including the CCBHC Initiative, and other funding to address the mental health needs of Americans.

Also attached, please find a statement from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing regarding the proposed legislation.
