During our weekly Public Policy call this morning, a member had a question about the current sunset date for payment of  APG government rates for impacted mental health and substance use disorder programs and services.

For your convenience, I have attached the section of law from the 2019-2020 Enacted State Budget (Part E sections 18-20) confirming the sunset is 3/31/2023.
