NYS Council members,

One of our members found an Article 31 rate-related discrepancy worth noting.  See below from Gwen Diamond at OMH in response to my call to her earlier, to report the discrepancy.

Hi Lauri,

The approved DOB rate for a downstate Article 31 with QI is $191.40, which is the amount being loaded into eMedNY.  We are working to figure out what caused the error on the transmittal rate detail report. 

Also, we will be updating the website to remove *pending DOB approval.  They signed off on 9/20 and we got the package yesterday.  Please let your members know and if they have any other questions they can send to me.
