As of 12:38 pm today (2/7),  a letter being circulated by Assemblywoman Gunther that requests the support of her Assembly colleagues for our commercial insurance rate mandate proposal has resulted in the following lawmakers signing on to the letter (list below).  

IF YOUR ELECTED LEADER IS NOT ON THE LIST (BELOW) PLEASE CONTACT THEIR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND REQUEST THAT THEY QUICKLY SIGN ON TO THE LETTER (ATTACHED).  They should reach out to Lena in Assemblywoman Gunther’s Office here:  dethomasisl@nyassembly.gov

Again, the proposal is Part AA in the Health/Mental Hygiene Article VII executive budget bill:
