On 11/24, NYS submitted its application to CMS seeking to bring CCBHC ‘Demo” services into New York’s State Medicaid Plan.  Here’s a look at the application NYS submitted 7 days ago:

In addition to this recent state action, earlier today OMH sent a notice to all NYS providers under what used to be the CCBHC ‘Demo” umbrella with information re: its future plans for rebasing of reimbursement rates.  See attached.
