Good Morning,

As a result of recent changes and needed revisions, NYS is reissuing a revised version of the CFTSS Provider Manual to reflect updated information.  For ease of review, all major edits have been outlined in a CFTSS Provider Manual Edits Memo.

Please review these documents to familiarize yourself with the new changes and share with staff accordingly.
