Hi Lauri, It’s Friday night and there’s a great opportunity right now to help protect Medicaid funding. As you read this, the Senate is considering amendments to its budget resolution before a full vote. Senators Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) just introduced a bipartisan amendment that would strip out the current instructions for the House to cut $880 billion in funding, most of which would have to come from Medicaid. How about a little Friday night dialing? Let’s call our Senators to urge them to VOTE YES on this amendment. We drafted a super quick call script via the below link.
