The New York State Council has been participating in a workgroup composed of state associations representatives whose members are concerned with access to care delays throughout the healthcare system.  Convened by the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) the group has completed its work to include a set of recommendations to address the many barriers that continue to prevent timely transitions for those with complex health conditions.
