Good morning,

In follow up to the correspondence we sent DFS and other state leaders yesterday, the NYS Council has been in touch with the Department of Financial Services (regulates insurance in NYS).  DFS is working on a Health Plan Circular Letter and a Provider Certification/Attestation for those impacted by the Change Health cyberattack.  We are working to ensure it applies to ALL Health and Mental Hygiene providers, beginning with OASAS and OMH community-based agencies.
