For those of you following recent news that plaintiffs and NYS OMH recently settled a class action lawsuit (discussed in the story linked below), I spoke to one of the lead attorneys (for the plaintiffs) this morning and she told me they have a few more steps to complete with the Court for the decision to be finalized.

I have attached the proposed settlement agreement dated 8/8/25, and the Memo of Law that summarizes the proposed Agreement, fyi.

Note:  There is a significant stakeholder input process required in the terms of the Settlement.
