The Department of Financial Services (DFS) has adopted amended regulations pertaining to Network Adequacy requirements for health plans that offer commercial insurance lines of business here in New York.

As you may be aware there have been numerous amendments to the updated regs that were first floated for public comment.  The NYS Council filed public comments each and every time there was an opportunity to do so.

I will review our comments and try to compare them to what has now (officially) changed.  Stand by.
