2025 Commercial Insurance Changes Webinar: For Providers

The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) in partnership with the Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC), are hosting a webinar to review upcoming commercial insurance reimbursement changes that will impact OMH/OASAS facilities, effective January 1, 2025.

An overview of the scope of the January 1 2025 Behavioral Health Commercial Rate Mandate

An overview of reimbursement requirements for commercial plans

An overview of upcoming rate changes for applicable services

Guidance and resources, including rates and billing information
Audience: NYS OMH/OASAS outpatient facilities, including billing, compliance, fiscal, and revenue cycle management teams.
