DOH/OMH Webinar: Changes & Updates regarding the MF Population HCBS LOC Determination

The New York State Department of Health (“Department”) along with our State Partner of Office of Mental Health (OMH) will be presenting several webinars in the month of April to address audit findings, and requirements of the Children’s Waiver.

Please see the audience that should attend, as there are significant changes to HBCS eligibility determination in webinar #1 & #2 and “New” information for HCBS providers in webinar #4.
