NYS Medicaid Provider Services Portal Webinar

On August 4, 2026, New York State (NYS) Department of Health announced improvements to NYS Medicaid oversight and the modernization of the provider enrollment and revalidation process. NYS Department of Health is rolling out a phased implementation of its updated provider revalidation plan – a critical component of maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the NYS Medicaid program.

This message is to inform you about these important updates regarding the NYS Medicaid provider revalidation process. All providers serving NYS Medicaid members are now required to enroll and revalidate through the new NYS Medicaid Provider Services Portal (PSP).

To help you navigate this transition, we have issued an official press release detailing the new risk-based, phased revalidation schedule running through June 2028. Additionally, we will be hosting an informational webinar to walk you through the new portal and answer your questions.

What You Need to Do:
