PROS Redesign Participant Feedback Sessions – WNY/CNY

The Office of Mental Health’s Office of Advocacy and Peer Support Services and the Office of Rehabilitation are holding Virtual Feedback Sessions around PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) so that we can hear your feedback related to redesigning and modernizing the PROS model.
We hope to capture feedback and ideas from individuals who are current or former participants of PROS and want to be inclusive of the diversity of all New Yorkers served by PROS programs. These feedback sessions are for current or former PROS participants only.
