SAMHSA Briefing on New Regs Impacting OTPs

SAMHSA will be hosting a virtual briefing for stakeholders on new regulations impacting opioid treatment programs (OTPs). In February of this year, SAMHSA issued final rule amending 42 CFR part 8 regulations governing OTP certification and treatment standards (often referred to as “Part 8”). Final rule becomes effective April 2, 2024 and the compliance date is October 2, 2024.
