Good evening,

Three long awaited Talking Points documents are attached.  These documents discuss the two primary ‘asks’ a broad group of coalitions and associations composed of  BH providers is working to secure in the Governor’s executive budget proposal.

Note:  The group of associations recently hired a Public Relations firm to work with us going forward.  Although we expect these documents may change a bit, they are good to go ‘as is’ and for the time being.

We’ll talk more about the information in these documents during our NYS Council Member Support and Public Policy call tomorrow morning at 9:15.
