On October 8, 2021, Governor Hochul issued Executive Order 6 that continues only some of the many Executive Orders that were issued by previous administrations.  You will note (see the link below for entire EO 6 ) that EO 38 (Executive Compensation) is omitted from the group of EO’s issued by former Governor Andrew Cuomo that are being continued by Governor Hochul.  We learned today that OMH Counsel’s Office is working to rescind the Regulation.  Nothing further will be issued by the Office.  I would assume the same is true for OASAS.  I have a call into OASAS Counsel’s Office to confirm.
