Federal Advocacy w/ CMS re: telehealth extension and permanency

Attached please find a letter from the Mental Health Liaison Group in Washington DC requesting of CMS Administrator Seema Verma that regulations providing flexibility for telehealth in Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and Federally Subsidized and Funded Health Programs be extended after the COVID-19 Emergency, allowing for a transition period for data collection and adequate time to determine which flexibilities to make permanent.
