We’ve been waiting for the written version of the order issued last week by United States District Judge Mary McElroy (in Rhode Island) who granted the request from 17 Attorneys General across the country, to issue a Temporary Restraining Order barring the Trump Administration from moving forward with cancellation of supplemental federal block grant funds through the SAMHSA CMHS and SUPTR federal grant supplemental programs.

The judge issued the TRO from the bench (verbally) last week, and we’ve been waiting for a look at the Order.  I am not an attorney but I think the document attached (dated April 5) is that ruling.
