As we reported on Monday, on June 6, OMH extended the Commissioner’s Emergency Waiver that continues many of the COVID flexibilities implemented towards the beginning of the public health emergency.  Please note:  The OASAS Emergency Waiver is set to expire in mid-July and as such, does not  need to be extended yet.
